That will depend on usage and whether weight is an issue or not. Plus last I checked common window glass is pretty sturdy. The bigger displays (31.2" and 42") only come with glass. They are not meant to be moved, but wall mount only. What I want to see is a foldable device someone hopefully build soon as shown here:
