I also noted that FW is still selling the book, which IMO they should not be until the file is corrected so the person buying the book actually gets the book that they ordered.

HONEST. They should have a
NOTE on their website where this book is located, so readers who buy the book will
KNOW that it will be eventually
FIXED and a newer version will be released.
