Is it possible to add page numbers for ebooks downloaded from cloud by generating an APNX file in Calibre and saving it to Kindle in a folder with an ebook?
I call bullsh*t. 1)Add, 2) for books downloaded.

While your statment is correct (yes, you can't email apnx files; nor can you email KFX book that can internally contains page mapping info) that is not answering OP's question. YOU misread the OP's post. Nowhere does it state "I want to email page count" instead it"can I have page numbers for books I've emailed (& can I use Calibre to sideload page count info) ".
