I reviewed this thread and found out that my kobo's screen is probably broken. I tried anything to fix my kobo (except the re-image file one), like holding the light button then sliding or the paperclip one.
Just like what I said before, the internal memory was stolen (from what I think) and was missing. After that, the kobo won't work. It just lights up a blue color then turns off again.
But I noticed that the back of my kobo was forced open, I think. I inspected my kobo last week and noticed that there are some parts that looked like it was broken, which made me think, "I don't think the back part can be opened without forcing it."
This sounds like I would most likely need to buy a new ereader.

Any thoughts?
