I'll admit that I have forgotten how to get the jar int the package and re-sign everything. I spent too much time working on other stuff between the last time I put it back into the .bin.
I think I am comfortable that it won't cause any problems. It may be more memory intensive, because it recreates things on "Constructor" call instead of the "create" callback. But I don't think that is a major problem long term.
If you want to package that jar into a kual_booklet_install.bin feel free to spread it around widely now.
