I bought two of the refurbished generation 8 Kindle Basics when they were on sale from Amazon before Christmas 2017. Looked to be new except for the packaging and they were on sale for circa $40 each. Still acting like new units. I also bought a 3G and Wi-Fi Voyage from a Ebay seller that, based on the number listed as available, was excess stock from somewhere. Again in new condition and about 1/2 the price of an Amazon new one.
