I copied the img to the sd card using:
dd if=glo.img of=/dev/rdiskx bs=1m
Alas, the kobo glo hd remains braindead.
A one second push on the on/off button lights the red led,
a six second push swithes the led off and that is all the response
I get. I am afraid there is a much more serious problem
preventing the kobo glo hd to boot.
