Much to my surprise, what @Inukami has done for the series works. It doesn't display correctly in the dialogs, but, when the books are created or updated, the series name and index are correct.
I am seeing this(repeated) between fields (appears as a gap) . I would have expected A Tab or the traditional comma
I don't think NP++ replaced a TAB with these. we are talking 4 or 5 in a row
