Thank you for your help. I'm now trying to find an inexpensive option for converting PDFs on my Mac that works as well as the $2.99 app that I have on my phone, since the problem definitely seems to be with the software on my computer.

I did read the "Read this before..." It doesn't cover my issue & unfortunately, PDF files are the best option for my project. Thank you for trying to help.
