I would like to replicate your steps and see if that sorts things for me, so to be clear did you do it like this:
  1. download the 5.9.4 firmware from the URL above
  2. copy the firmware .bin file to the root of the PW3, eject your PW3, then update it using the Update Your Kindle menu entry in Settings on your PW3
  3. copy the relevant .bin files from the screensaver hack and Python zip files, which you obtained from the Tools Snapshot thread, into the \mrpackages folder on your PW3
  4. type ;log mrpi in the search bar of your Kindle's homescreen to install the hack & Python
  5. restart your PW3 and all good
Did you not need to reinstall mrpi as part of this? Or KUAL? Any other steps I missed or have got wrong? Sorry to go into such basic detail on this, I find it so confusing with all this excellent information but in so many different places, and have spent countless hours just trying to get these screensavers working after every OTA firmware update!
