Perhaps you have an obsolete version of MRPI itself. Try downloading NiLuJe snapshot version labeled "MobileRead Package Instaler" from
here. Inside your Kindle /extensions folder, remove MRInstaller folder, and replace it with the same folder from the snapshot version.
