Shenandoah, (Traditional) sung by Sissel, adapted by Arlo Guthrie

This is an old favorite of mine. I held off on playing it because of uncertainty over the identity of "Shenandoah" but in this interpretation Shenendoah is pretty obviously a person. Also, I'm going with this version's spelling -- many versions spell it "Shenendoah." So, if a different song with the "E" spelling can be found, it's open!

Also, there's this from Wikipedia:

"Some lyrics refer to the Oneida chief Shenandoah and a canoe-going trader who wants to marry his daughter. "
