I have the same issue. It shipped 17th of January but the tracking didn't moved for a week and a half (based in UK). It is updating now, though, they'll deliver it tomorrow.
Booxtor said that they buy UPS labels in bulk hence the early "shipped" information however they pass it to the courier in smaller batches (depending on when you ordered, there is a queue) so the actual dispatched does not happens for couple more days.
Don't worry, it will arrive.
