Problems with EREADER.STORE
Hello, has anyone had any problems with buying from EREADER.STORE in Germany? I paid over £700 for the new Max2Pro and was told it was shipped on the 19th January with expected delivery of the 23rd January. I have still not received it and had no answer to my emails, also the UPS tracking number I was sent has had no updates on UPS website, it just shows as being at the first stage, which is them being notified of a shipment and nothing since. I'm getting worried, as I didn't pay by PayPal and used my debit card and I don't know how I'm going to get my money back if this is either a bogus company or they say I have received it?? (I'm presuming they would have to show me tracking info). I have my own company in Warrington, UK and there is someone in the building all the time Monday to Friday and there has been nothing, I have even checked our CCTV. Like I say, the UPS tracking number shows nothing. Hoping someone can help. Very Anxious
