I'm looking for a new epub reader for ios devices. I had Marvin, but am pretty fed up with it. Seems every time I get a new IOS device, there is a different version, and I'm required to pay for it again as opposed to being able to download it again from my purchased apps in the app store. It seems updates should just be made available to the app without having to repurchase. So bye-bye Marvin, good riddance.

I downloaded Bluefire, which seems to be a decent app, but I'm a bit taken aback at how long it takes to search, if I want to look up a character from earlier in the book. Plus search isn't enabled when you highlight a name, you have to type it into the search function or copy and paste. Other than that, it hits all the right buttons.

I haven't tried Mapleread yet, but just downloaded to my 7S plus. Has anyone done a compare between Mapleread and Bluefire? Mostly reading is on my phone, but want a good app for a ipad mini first generation. Any impressions would be appreciated.
