When I looked, The Deeds of the Disturber was $0.99 at Bookshout, which I will never buy from, $2.99 at Amazon, and $6.47 at Kobo (VIP price), so I bought it at Kobo and price matched Bookshout. I'll get an additional 9 cents off, but it's also a credit.
