I knew Peroni was from somewhere else <g>! I hope you enjoy the Camilleri titles - I really think you will.
We just went on vacation to Venice, literally flying home today, which I have been wanting to do for years, before it vanishes into permanent acqua alta, and I am very much enjoying rereading all of the Donna Leon/Inspector Brunetti titles I have, and having fun nodding my head fake-wisely about the vaporetto, acqua alta, La Fenice, the catwalk around the Arsenale, the Giudecca, Mestre, and a bunch of other local stuff that I now have real mental pictures for.
Of course, all this re-reading is not doing my TBR pile much good, but WTH....
