Battery life depends on how much you read, if you keep the wifi or cell on, and the level of your lighting. I have not had my Oasis 2 long enough to gage its true battery life. But there are some very cold wet days here that I will read as much as 8 hours in a day. and I know I can read for at least 2 8 hour days with on charge and that is as good as my Voyage or PW2 would do. do not leave wifi on. and I keep my front lighting low.
