I don't think any of them will work. You need an UART that works with 1.8v.
For the 1st one having an pin that has 1.8v says nothing about how the UART operates.
For the 2nd one it is clearly 5V. It will not work either.
You need to find one that works at 1.8v, OR buy a level shifter that converts to 1.8v. Or do a nasty hack with resistors that I do not recommend at all.
