I was thinking mom keeps her Maine coon in during the summer, though that may be the cat's choice.
Personally I think purebreds are not smart enough to be outside. At least a street cat knows not to lay in the street.
Oh and my personal opinion is what is the difference between a Siamese and a tortie.
