I wonder what the connection is for those of us not getting the email offers. Seems most here do get them.
And I hear you about the banners. The last one I got was a week and a half ago, which had been some time since the prior one. But the code was already considered redeemed (I posted that issue on this thread). I contacted Google Play about it, and they were never able to explain to me why I would be seeing a banner with a redeemed code.
