The Ectaco Jetbook Color stylus does work with the N96ML reader. I received the two I ordered today and tried one out immediately. The stylus is much more compact than the Boox stylus, being 4" long (102mm for the rest of the world) and 0.213" or 5.4mm in diameter. Same approximate length but a bit larger diameter than the old Sony PRS-950 stylus. With the discount code I found via a Google search and shipping cost added the cost for two was about US $26 each. No battery or switch on the Jetbook stylus. I hope this info helps.
