It could be a font filenaming problem but as you haven't given any details it's hard to say
However, it's just as likely that it is a problem with one of the internal metrics (Panose weight) of Constantia. This same problem has arisen before with Amazon's Ember and Bookerley fonts.
I did a step-by-step on how to fix this kind of problem. I used Ember as the example but you can fix Constantia in the same way
if you have the time and inclination. The

ETA: It's also a good idea to do a full Power off/on after sideloading fonts.
