Where do you see that it isn't in the store? It says "searches for books". There are only two possibilities in the store (on the website or on the device) or in your loaded library of books. What would be the point of sharing the latter with third parties? "Hey, this person loaded 1000 books on their device and keeps searching for the name 'fred'". That would be worth a lot of money.
Of course, half of the other questions are related to purchases from the company, so the idea that this one is about the store isn't to far fetched.
The fact that there is this misunderstanding suggests the page is badly put together. And as most entries have "unclear", it makes it hard to take it seriously. And as it hasn't been updated for at least five years, it just show how important most people see this.
