USB2 seems to work a little more consistently than USB3, although not 100%. It's difficult for me to test things now because once I received my Aura One Limited Edition, I gave my original Aura One and the H202 to my daughter, so I don't have immediate access to those two devices anymore. But the last time I visited her (in December), I tried connecting the devices to USB2 instead of USB3. Worked once, then failed. I've had all kinds of theories but they're difficult to test when the problem is so random.
