Use your favourite image editor to convert the Kindle cover to a square image at least 2400px x 2400px? Hopefully, your Kindle cover has a high enough resolution version that this conversion does not result in a pixelated and unusable image and it meets the DPI an colour depth requirements.

Want to make sure it meets Audible's cover art requirements? Search on the internet for such requirements or check Official Audible Cover Art Requirements v4.pdf .
