I lost another three pounds bringing since November 17th total weight loss to 18 pounds.
I live on pita sandwiches. Easy to make. Lean meat, veggies, thin sliced cheese, a dab of dressing.
I'm seditary because of health issues so weight loss is all due to diet. I'm not supposed to exercise due my hemoglobin being in the low range. I do walk around the apartment, organize my paperbacks but that's it.
