It turned out the change to handle enumeration columns or "Text, but with a fixed set of permitted values" was simple. So here is a beta that does this.

This will add the "Text, but with a fixed set of permitted values" columns to the list of fields that can be selected when importing. But, it makes no attempt to validate the values. If the value in the import file is in the list of permitted values, it will be used. If it isn't, then it will be ignored. No error will be shown. This is similar to the languages column.

I have done a little testing with my one-and-only column of this type. It seems to work. Tell me if there are any problems. If I hear everything is OK, I'll release this properly next week.
