Sleeves are a heck no. They don't work well. They are a pain to have to remove the Reader and then to have to put it back in and when you have your Reader out and about, it's not protected when not in the sleeve. A good cover also makes the Reader easier to hold.

Imagine being on public transportation and taking your out of the sleeve just as the train comes to a quick stop. The Reader goes flying with no protection. It's not a risk worth taking.
