You do not have a problem.
The jailbreak is still there.

But you must re-install everything else, same-same as always.
Note: Your firmware version will not run the document version of KUAL that you had installed.
I am not sure if anyone has built a booklet version of KUAL that will run on 5.9.2.<anything>

Support for 5.9.<whatever> is pretty hit and miss right now.
