Try Librera from Ivan Ivanenko.
In the Preferences page, set the screen orientation.
Open the document as "easy / book" mode (as opposed to "advanced / scroll" mode), and in the bottom toolbar locate the icon to view two pages (or "2 pages + cover", meaning odd indexed pages on the right) instead of one.
EDIT: actually, with that file, you want (*) landscape, (*) single page (default), and (*) auto-crop - the fourth icon in the top toolbar in the version I am using.
Hardware Menu button or tap in the middle of the screen to get full screen view. Tap on the borders to change page, or use the buttons.
