I tried a test from a browser from inside a virtual machine. I saw the same search results as I did from my physical machine. Geolocation? Or perhaps recognizing that my other connections were from the same IP.

The VM had never connected to Amazon before this test so no cookies, no saved connection documents, no login to Amazon.
