It's not really dieting. It's all my stomach will allow. The ER doctor looked at me and said on Wednesday. I don't know what's wrong with your stomach. They no longer diagnose conditions in the ER. Just do blood work, give you pills and send you home.
If I eat more than 1000 calories or certain foods I bloat up and look seven months pregnant and it pushes on my diaphragm which is very uncomfortable. So I avoid everything that causes it. Potatoes, noodles, some types of rice. No hot food so no soup or broth, no extremely cold food like ice cream. Milk is something else I seem to not tolerate right now. So no ice cream. Nothing acidic. So no chocolate, juice. I can tolerate a small amount of fresh tomatoes. I had steamed broccoli the other night and it seem to do okay. I don't get hungry. I do get cranky if I don't eat but no hunger pains. It's really weird and totally not normal.
