It's because of the fonts:
KBJ-TsukuMinPr6N-RB.ttf
KBJ-UDKakugoPr6N-M.ttf

If you remove them, the interval will become normal.

P.S. but as you have with non-breaking space, for some reason it does not work in kepub I wanted to convert my entire library to kepub, but it stops ...
