Even if you could make all of the software modifications needed to get the Kindle firmware to run an your device it would be an inferior experience to just running the Kindle for Android app on it.
Regular Kindle firmware has many limitations that are dictated by the e-ink screen such as black-and-white display of covers and internal images, having to page through lists of books/pages instead of scrolling, and lack of animation (Kindle in Motion).
