For folks interested into this subject, Eerdmans also has four volumes in the Kindle format on the same, or a very similar, subject in their _The Church's Bible_ series. They are $2.99 each, however, at the present time. Currently, there are volumes on Romans, Isaiah, Song of Songs, and 1 Corinthians. See them by doing a search on Amazon for "The Church's Bible."

To Eerdmans and/or Amazon (whoever is responsible for this situation): 39 lashes with a wet noodle for not providing _previews_ of any of the aforementioned ebooks.
