I think the "Jacob" song should automatically make ineligible any other variation of "Happy Birthday", since the only difference is the change of the name (even when admitedly the musical score is different) and that doesn't make it an original song.

I think I should readily accept your arguments keeping in view the possible implications of future repetitions of this trend. In fact I did not remember having posted another B'day song in the past. My apologies.
