It is specifically package for people who can't stay away from the 'Reset' button.
Installing it, try, in order:
MrPI (put in /mrpackages)
UYK (put in / visible USB root, then "Update Your Kindle")
Reboot into it (put in / visible USB root, then reboot using a press and hold of the power button)
At least one of the above three ways to get the package to install should work.
report back on what you try and what the result is

I had tried this very hotfix with MrPI, but it hadn't worked. UYK was disabled. I think it was the problem with firmware, because I had special offers even though i was already unsubscribed from it.
But now after reset, this hotfix worked with UYK worked now though. After reset, I didn't thought of using hotfix. Thanks a lot.
So now, should I just go on with installing KuaL and MRIP and everything?
I just don't want to mess up anything now.
