In fact, pretty much anything except take your complaints and issues seriously.
Oh, and if you do buy from ereader-store.de, ensure you take some snapshots of all the conditions and returns policies beforehand, as Booxtor can (and demonstrably has) changed the terms before, specifically the clause I was relying on.
