As I wrote I would not have read it like that, but I get it from the rest of the exchange here that the communications were a lot... So...
The function described on the product page that does not seem to be working is that of the monitor, which «often doesn't work (it simply says 'failed')» to the OP. But I am telling you, I did not have that experience (see my posts yesterday). In that case, he may have a defective device. But he is probably not interested in having that single detail fixed...
