Downloaded from Amazon and yes, converted to ePub.

I suspect there is a misunderstanding of what I am talking about. My book had a table of contents. But it was only story title. I wanted to see story title and author name in the table of contents.

Here, I took screenshots to point out what I mean. The first is the book, as purchased, opened in the Kindle app. Notice the contents lists only the story names.

The second is the converted ePub (after my Sigil editing) opened in Google books. Notice that the contents lists the story title and author name. All anthologies should list both (in my opinion).
