Just providing some additional information based on my recent test.

I added an additional blank page at the end of my book with the following results:

Desktop - The new page is visible.
iPhone 7 Plus - The new page is not visible.
iPad 3 - The new page is not visible.
iPad Pro - The last two pages are not visible.

So essentially with the new dummy blank page added to the end, I can now see the new second-last page on devices 1 - 3 above.

I just need help to figure out what may be going on with the iPad Pro which isn't showing either of the last two pages!
