The only one of your list that I have in a context menu is Sigil under the Open With for epubs. Otherwise, I do the conversion, metadata editor, etc. from inside calibre. I do still use the Open With plugin to open Sigil from calibre though there are other ways to have the same functionality (one less click may/may not be something that many will worry about).
