The T1, or the kobo, I just put the few books i'm currently reading,as the lack of folders makes it a pain to find anything.

Cybooks, I copy past the whole folder, and voila, done. No extra work needed, no extra software needed.
On the Kobo, you can create a folder structure. As long as the folder names don't start with a '.', the software doesn't care. So copy/paste your folder structure, just don't expect the ereader to show the structure unless you are using KOReader.
