Open Calibre > right click "Preferences" icon>choose option "Get plugins to enhance Calibre"

In the list find and install "Couunt Pages". On the bottom right portion of that Plugins list window you'll see "Plugin homepage" that takes you to MobileRead forum topic for selected plugin. Read the instructions.
