My definition.

For me, "normal reading time a day" for a full-time working person would be something like 1-3 hours a day, with an average of 2 hours.

For me that would be a level where the light is just a bit brighter than an everday environment such as a living room during the day or evening.

I understand there are always people who are way above or below average with regard to reading times and front-light usage. I do think, however, that the number of people reading 15 hours a day in a dark room with the front-light set at 100% is quite low
