ah, I got a solution.
since Calibre can take several feeds for any recipe, i just wrote a tiny XHTML which reside on my computer(my content server) and contains only an "update" link, which points to the newest news/feed/blog's MOBI file, then added it to the top of the feed list.
works great and now I can transfer & update everything easily & wirelessly from anywhere!
anyone who's interested can try it.
