I am using Calibre and I made Folders/directories/collections for each Author on my Kindle which makes it easy to find books.

I tried enabling for All as you suggested but it's still the same outcome. The pictures I sent were from Calibre and from the Kindle screen.
On Calibre my series column has the series name and the number in [] brackets and when I open the edit metadata (basic metadata) it shows the series name and also the series number.
What is the custom metadata for?
