There's nothing wrong with pointing out things you dislike about companies you otherwise love. Hopefully it keeps them honest.

I LOVE Netflix, but have been very unhappy with the way they'd begin treating their DVD business like a red-headed stepchild. There are good business reasons for doing so, but as a customer, it sucks.

They've gotten better, releasing a very nice DVD app. But the two apps don't talk to each other. The DVD one doesn't tell you a movie is available streaming. The streaming one doesn't tell you it's available on DVD. And really, why do I need two apps, Netflix?
