I do agree with that. I'm bothered lately by the creeping dishonesty I'm finding at Amazon. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Amazon and a very good customer. But when I go looking for a 128 gig Micro SD card I have to carefully avoid the no-name ripoffs with lots of negative reviews saying it's only 16 gig and labeled 128 gig. Those have been there for years and Amazon keeps selling them and it's hard to believe they don't know it's a rip-off.

And now when I watch a Prime TV show it begins with a commercial. So far it's just a commercial for another Prime TV show but I have a feeling that's not going to last.

And my Fire tablet with ads removed and practically nothing but paid apps is always showing me ads when I load an app. I tried resetting it, thinking maybe I had some malware but it still does it. Then I got the new Fire for $30 on Prime day and it does it. i called Amazon and they insist I'm not seeing ads. They claim to know nothing about it. I doubt I'm the only one who called them so even the tech support people must know.

Lately every time I go into the store on my Kindle I first have to click through the offer to join Kindle Unlimited and that makes me so damn mad that if I was in Seattle I'd go kick their building. I haven't called them yet but I will soon. It's getting to be almost every time.

I'm all for Amazon being successful and they're sure an important part of my life, living in a very small town and not driving. I buy practically everything from them but groceries. But they're starting to feel like they're getting in my way now and I resent it.
